The iconic 'Monster Mile' at Dover Motor Speedway in Delaware will be the new battleground for the 350-lap spectacle on May 17th. This shift marks a departure from North Wilkesboro, North Carolina, which hosted the event for the past two seasons. A hefty prize of $1 million awaits the victor at Dover, further intensifying the competition. North Wilkesboro will still hold a race later in the season, scheduled for July 19th.
The revamped race format at Dover will comprise three distinct segments. The initial two stages will each consist of 75 laps, culminating in a decisive 200-lap final segment. A unique element introduced is the inversion of positions for the top 26 finishers after the first segment, adding an unpredictable dynamic to the early stages of the race.
Qualification for the 200-lap finale will be determined by an average of the results from the first two segments. This ultimate segment will feature recent Cup Series champions from the last two years, past Cup Series winners who are currently active full-time drivers, and a fan-voted selection, ensuring a diverse and highly competitive field.
Already, a roster of seventeen accomplished drivers has secured their spots in the All-Star Race. This formidable group includes names like Christopher Bell, Josh Berry, Ryan Blaney, Chase Briscoe, Kyle Busch, William Byron, Ross Chastain, Austin Cindric, Austin Dillon, Chase Elliott, Denny Hamlin, Brad Keselowski, Kyle Larson, Joey Logano, Tyler Reddick, Shane van Gisbergen, and Bubba Wallace. Notably, Christopher Bell emerged victorious in the previous All-Star Race held in 2025.
